COMTÉ

Firm but creamy, this famous cow cheese comes from the Jura mountains of France. This AOP cheese has a nutty and fruity flavor profile.



BRIE

Soft cheese from the green and lush rolling Jura valleys that provide beautiful and ample pastures for the dairy cows of Ermitage. This brie is creamy, supple, and flavorful with the traditional edible moldy rind.



BLEU

Bleu d'Auvergne is spicy and salty with a hint of wild flowers that gives it a sweet earthy taste. Pairs wonderfully with sweet or fortified wines!



PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA

Italian Parma Ham is full of flavor, matured for 8-10 months, and highly prized by connoisseurs. Made under strict Italian quality controls, it has a deep rose color with a thin layer of fat that renders it sweet and salty at the same time.
